LIGHT THERAPY

Light Therapy is the use of coloured light through the eyes. It involves looking at judiciously chosen colour programs for 20mins maximum a day and for sustained but specific periods.
This allows our nervous systems to relax, release and regenerate. Within 10-14days there will be a significant change to your symptoms and sense of wellness. Measuring your peripheral fields of awareness will reveal the improvements in your physical, mental and emotional state. Light and field therapy will take the blind spots in your vision and mind – and open them up. Carefully selected coloured light through the eyes renews your brain functioning, improves your memory, unblocks the trapped energy of trauma, builds better boundaries and increases your immunity, resistance and resilience.
